LAP CHARITY WALK: SOCIAL BY THE SEA 2016

Role: Volunteer/Freelance

Curated and led LAP’s first ever charity dog walk event ‘Social By The Sea 2016’. I managed a team of volunteers, led all promotions, sponsorship/partnerships and production to achieve the following results:

  • Attracting 400 participants
  • Supported by over 50 sponsors (Hunter, Hill’s, csl, Ecozine, Uber etc.), media and musicians
  • Lucky Draw with 100 prizes
  • Reaching 400,000+ audience through Facebook during our promotion period
  • Engaging with over 50K ‘likes’ on Instagram with #SOCIALBYTHESEA2016
  • Fundraising a total of HKD $300,000 for the charity in a single event
